The overall project planning will be implemented in three phases:

•Phase I construction of a 200000 ton/year maleic anhydride plant (including a 250000 ton/year mixed butadiene separation unit).

• Phase II construction of a 100000 ton/year BDO plant and a 60000 ton/year GBL plant; 100000 tons/year power battery electrolyte (dispersant) device.

• Phase III construction of tetrahydrofuran and PTMEG (polytetrahydrofuran) units, and the development of spandex chemical fibers and flexible fibers in accordance with the mainstream market direction

Degradation of plastics, ultimately forming new material products such as maleic anhydride, battery dispersant, BDO, power battery solvent, spandex, wind power resin, and degradable plastics.
